Payment Policy

Charlie’s Fixtures LLC’s (”Charlie’s Fixtures”) Payment Policy governs all issues relating to the payment of orders made through this website.

Please be informed that this Payment Policy is subject to change without prior notice.

1.  Payment Methods

For your convenience, we accept major credit cards: American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners, Visa, MasterCard, and ShopifyPay. Full payment of the order must be made at the time of ordering.

2.  Card Authorization

Credit and debit card information will be kept secure in order to protect users from unauthorized access. Upon authorizing the payment, you are confirming that the card indicated belongs to you, that you are the legitimate holder of the same, and that you have sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the total price of your order. Once a payment through credit or debit card is indicated, we will request pre-authorization of your credit card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to pay for your order fully. 

It is only after pre-authorization that the order will be confirmed through an e-mail Order Confirmation. Thus, if we do not receive the required authorization, we will not process the order and cannot be held liable for any delay or non-delivery.

3. Credit Card Payment Decline

We will notify you via email if your credit card is declined during order processing. You will have five (5) business days to provide another form of payment. Otherwise, we will have to cancel your order.

4.  Payment Charge

For payment made through credit and debit cards, the payment will only be debited to the card once an email Order Confirmation is sent to your registered e-mail address. However, we may pre-authorize the crediting or debit of the total amount of your order with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order.

5.  Payment Information

You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the products from Charlie’s Fixtures are correct, that the credit or debit card account, or other payment methods which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the order. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before processing your order.
